Santiago Effect 2023: ALAS of Costa Rica already has more than 60 registrants from 13 countries

The first of the year, which will be held this weekend in Jacó, already has a good number of registered participants.

The first stop of the ALAS 2022 tour, which will take place in Playa Jacó, Costa Rica, on July 15 and 16, already has more than 60 surfers from 13 countries registered, as can be seen on the ALAS website.

Surfers from the United States, Costa Rica, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, Nicaragua, Panama, Argentina, El Salvador, Canada, Venezuela, Australia, Germany and Ecuador will be part of the tournament.

This year's ALAS tour qualifies two surfers, the best eligible male and the best eligible female, to the Santiago 2023 Pan American Games that will take place in Punta de Lobos, Chile.

The following stages of the tour are featured with more stars, but several people preferred not to miss the stage.

Mimi Barona, Leilani McGonagle, Havanna Cabrero, Lucia Cosoleto, Lucas Madrid, Porfirio Miranda, Bryan Perez, Tomas King, Malakai Martinez, Sean Forester, Tao Rodriguez, among others, will be at the event.
