Peruvian Sebastián Correa respected the house on a giant Pico Alto, where the return of big wave events to the legendary Peruvian wave was contested.

Correa had one of the best waves of the day, where he rode down and stayed in the pocket for the entire wave, which made the difference in his favor.

In second place was Alejandro Fuenzalida, a local from Punta de Lobos, who also suffered a significant blow to climb to second place on the podium.

Hawaiian Billy Kemper placed third and American Mason Hyce Barnes fourth.

Meanwhile, Chilean Dominique Charrier took home the women's award, and the best wave was surfed by Toto de Romagna.
