Shakira left the wave pools and went surfing in the ocean
Former Spanish champion Dani García gave him lessons and said: “His improvement at times in a sport as complicated as ours, left me amazed”
Colombian singer Shakira once again showed her passion for surfing. This time she left the Wavegarden pool, which she had already visited at least twice, and went surfing off the coast of Santander, Spain.
She took three days of classes with Dani García, Spanish champion in 2005, who on Facebook and Instagram praised the ability and dedication of his famous student:
“I have helped many people improve their surfing, but this time was certainly a very special challenge. I was very interested in seeing the ability of an athlete with perfect control of her body to improve, and she did not disappoint. Her improvement at times in a sport as complicated as ours left me amazed,” he added.
“I have seen very few people with such desire, attitude and perseverance. Three intense days of taking every bath until we couldn't take it anymore. It's clear that nobody reaches the top by chance and Shakira is an example of hard-earned success,” concluded the Spaniard.
In the videos, the Colombian is seen running backside walls.
