Shino Matsuda went to Teahupoo with his coach, the legendary Masatoshi Ohno, and little by little he began to show improvements on the wave.
The video shows it clearly: At the beginning he barely gets any tubes and just does maneuvers and ends up getting some decent tubes.
She is clearly not a favorite, but she seems willing and eager to learn.
