Slater has a new agent: WME Agency

The same one that manages Serena Williams, Dua Lipa, Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Christian Bale and Billie Eilish, among others.

The greatest surfer in history, Kelly Slater, is now represented by Willia Moorris Endeavor Agency, which, among others, manages the businesses of Serena Williams, Dua Lipa, Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Christian Bale, and Billie Eilish, Kelly and the agency announced in a shared post.

Slater is 53 years old and has retired from the tour in recent years. He is also sponsored by his own brands, but his name is still being sought after by several brands, so it is presumed that he has taken this step.

“Welcome to WME, Kelly Slater!” the message reads. It adds: “Throughout her 30-plus-year career, Kelly Slater has revolutionized the world of surfing. She holds virtually every major record in the sport. With 11 World Surf League (WSL) titles and 56 WSL wins, Kelly has the distinction of being both the youngest and oldest person to win a world title.”

He continues with an extensive resume known especially to the world of surfing.

According to Stab, the move is due to John John's right-hand man, Brandon Wasserman, who works at the firm and adds the best surfer in history to the team.

Wasserman also works with Nathan Florence, Ethan Ewing, Erin Brooks and Kai Lenny.

The company's goal will be to bring business to Kelly.

According to Stab, Slater's companies continue to rely on Terry Hardy as their right-hand man. These include Outerknown, Firewire, KLLY, KSWC, Austin Surf Club, Freaks of Nature, Endorphins, Rhythmia, and YORKS.
