The South African Surf Web Series has drawn its first round
The first surfers were eliminated, the repechage round was determined and there are already 24 in round 3.

The first round of the second stage of the online world surfing tour, the Surf Web Series in South Africa, defined the top finishers for round 3, those who made it to the playoffs and the first to be eliminated.
The 12 series that were judged by professional judges Cyril Nel, Bongani Xulu, Johnno Hutchison and Dillan Lowenthal and by the people who voted in abundance, determined the following results:
