Special invitation-only event in Pantín to decide the European junior title

Two stages have been announced: Sopela between July 18 and 22 and Pantín at the end of August; they will complete a calendar of six stops


Just over a month ago, when the Pro Junior was held in Biscarrosse, the fourth stage of the year's youth tour, it was not known whether the circuit had already finished there and the leaders were already champions.

Last weekend, according to the WSL, there will be two more stages to determine the champions; one in Sopela between July 18 and 22 and the other in Pantin between August 24 and 26.

The second stage will be a different one, by invitation, which only the best in the ranking will be able to access, and which will determine the grand champion.

Among the men, the fight is quite established between two Frenchmen Justin Becret (with 2760 points) and Marco Mignot (with 2400). Here is the top 5:

While the ladies have Nadia Erostarbe in the lead, but the Israeli Anat Leloir is close by and the Canarian Melania Suárez is also close, with the following line of scores:

3- Melania Suárez (CNY): 2370
4 - Uhaina Joly (FRA): 1770
5 - Eveline Hooft (NDL): 1760

The top two in each division will be guaranteed a ticket to the World Youth Championship, the location of which has not yet been announced.
