Steph Gilmore has her own Barbie
“It’s great to be immortalized,” said the eight-time world champion
The eight-time world champion has her own Barbie, she announced on social media.
“Inspiring young women to pursue sports has been an important part of my role as a world champion, and it is as rewarding as any of my trophies,” she said.
She added: “It’s so cool to be immortalized as my very own Barbie, as part of Barbie’s Dream Team this International Women’s Day, celebrating women around the world who are helping to pave the way for the next generation to pursue their dreams.”
In the photos, Steph is seen with the doll in different forms.
The board doesn't have the logos of its sponsors, but the wetsuit does.
