Strong Brazilian team confirmed for the Pan American Games in Panama

Brazil, the defending champions of the Pan American Surfing Championship, have fielded a powerful team for the 2023 edition of the event to be held in Santa Catalina, Panama from April 21-30, the Pan American Surfing Association told DUKE.

Several defending champions are part of the team, such as Chloe Calmón, Lena Guimaraes and Luis Diniz.

Some new features include the inclusion of former CT Silvana Lima, prominent QS competitors Krystian Kymmerson and Messias Felix, and longboarder Carlos Bahía, among others.

A Gustavo Kuerten, it has not yet been confirmed whether he is the tennis player or not, is part of the technical team.
