Sunny Garcia's daughter, Kaila, explained on her Instagram that she will not be able to give more information about her father's health status due to legal recommendations she received from the family's lawyers.
"We have been told that we are not allowed to give any more information to anyone about our father," she said, justifying this as "at the specific request of the court and of her father's two guardians."

“I am sorry that it has to be this way because I know there are many of you who love and care about my father, including those who have known him for 30-40 years or more and are so eager to know how he is doing. We wish things were different but this is the reality of the situation for now. Thank you all again for your prayers, please continue to pray for him!” the message concludes.
