In an Instagram post published last Saturday, the Punta Galea Challenge organization announced who are the 12 local guests for the 2021-2022 edition of the tournament.
The absence of Natxo González, one of the most outstanding big wave surfers in the Basque Country and around the world, is striking.

In a previous press release it was reported that, among the internationals, the presence of the Brazilian Lucas Chianca, the Portuguese Alex Bothelo and the Bayonne Pierre Rollet is expected, in addition to Nic Lamb and the South African Grant Baker.
