The Hispanic presence at Quiksilver Young Guns 2019
Today is the deadline for submitting videos. Dwight Pastrana, Nazareno Pereyra, Adur Amatriain, Sean Gunnng, Kai Gale, Ethan Hollander, Kike Suárez, Gael Jimenez, Yago Dominguez and Nico Díaz, among others, are present.

Note submitted by Quiksilver Argentina
The video submission period for this year's Quiksilver Young Guns closes today and there were several posts from Hispanic youth ages 13 to 18 who performed at the tournament that has historically awarded some of the best groms in the world.
For this year, the organization explained that there are no rules (previously, “aerials, rails and their combination” were prioritized) and therefore there were different presentations and strategies.
Some submitted several clips, like the Spaniard Sean Gunning, others who left a single wave with a single event, like the tube of the Mexican Gael Jimenez, or a single wave with a good combo of maneuvers, like that of the Panamanian Kai Gale and finally there were those who made a solid clip like the Basque Adur Amatriain.
Below are the Hispanic performances one day before the closing of the 2019 edition of Young Guns.
From here, Stab magazine will select eight finalists and from the eight finalists, people's votes will choose just one who will join the three surfers chosen by Mikey Wright, Ezekiel Lau and Kanoa Igarashi in the world final.
The grand finale will take place in Ericeira, Portugal from November 1-8. The winner will receive $1.000.
It is worth mentioning that there is also a prize for the most creative video that pays 1000 dollars.
