ALAS de Panamá already has more than 80 registered participants from 13 countries
Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, the United States, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Puerto Rico, and Uruguay are present in Santa Catalina

The ALAS event in Santa Catalina, Panama, which will take place between August 6 and 9, already has more than 80 registered participants from 13 countries across the 12 categories that will be contested at the event, the organization reports on its website.
According to the website, there will be: Under 14, Under 16, Under 18, Longboard, SUP Surf and Open categories for both genders.
The first registrants for the first of two events to be held in Central America in three weeks (followed by the one in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica, from August 19 to 22), are from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, the United States, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Puerto Rico, and Uruguay, with all numbers expected to grow, both in terms of registrants and countries.
Among those already registered are world medalists, ALAS champions, Pan American champions and Pan American Games medalists, among other important names.
