The WSL registration website has confirmed the Iquique men's and women's QS 2000 and JQS events, which will take place between October 28 and November 2.
The event appeared tentative for a few weeks, but with registration open, there's no turning back.
In fact, the first four competitors in the junior and pro categories have already been registered: Rickson Falcao, Thiago Passeri, Gabriel Klaussner, and Takeshi Oyama.
The last time the Iquique QS was held was in 2022, when Miguel Tudela and Sol Aguirre from Peru (junior and pro) and Heitor Muller (junior men) won.
This year's event will have four winners, as it did that time: two pros and two juniors.
