The South Pacific roared its first significant swell of the season

And it hit hard from Chile to Mexico


Those seas that usually bathe the entire Pacific coast from April to October, from Chile to Mexico, have returned.

Punta de Lobos Grande broke, as did El Buey and Pico Alto. Montañita had a couple of very clean days and a spot in Manabí was pumping solidly and, in Central America, Punta Roca worked like it hadn't for a while. A left in Nicaragua (see below) also did well.

Finally, the Mexican Pipe had waves, but according to some locals the benches are not well arranged and therefore they surfed in La Punta some very entertaining sessions. With that and everything, young Gabriel Lopez got a blast.
