The South Pacific was lit up with enthusiasm

A tour from south to north through the best moments generated by the first swell of the season

The first heavy swell of the season broke and is still breaking on the coasts of the Latin American Pacific. Punta de Lobos and Pico Alto were probably where the power of the sea was most concentrated.

These two spots had important sessions, with the presence of the best locals and some internationals: Aritz Aranburu in Chile and Greg Long in Pico Alto.

Below: A high-level session took place in Punta de Lobos, with Ramón, Medina, Merello and Aritz Aranburu among others. Farías Moreno was on the channel, photographing the temple:

On Sunday, Merello got this hit:

Two days after this tube, Ilufín surfed El Buey and said the following: "It was a day of pure happiness at El Buey with the gang, there were only six of us in the water to enjoy that high-level wave, the swell looked low until the tide started to change and we started to throw slightly bigger sets, until after that it was just enjoying the big waves on the left and the rights. Now we are waiting for the next swell to come in to see if we can get the bomb or a big tube."

In Peru, Pico Alto and La Herradura were the protagonists:

A luxury delegation was present in Pico Alto, with Tudela, Greg Long and Gabriel Villarán.
