The top 32 of the 2022 edition of the ISA World Surfing Games in the Open men's category have been defined.

The first two rounds of the kill-or-die repechage also went into the water, bringing with them a lot of new features.

Surfing like this, Australian Joel Vaughan made it to round 3 of the main event.
