Argentina arrived undefeated on the final day but Peru won four finals out of six and made the difference.

Coming from Máncora, one understands why Juan Diego Ríos flows so well on the left.

Chile, Uruguay, Argentina and Peru were present at the South American tournament, the third in history.
Catalina Zariquey won four gold medals, one in the first South American, another in the second and in Mar del Plata she won the under 14 and under 16 categories.
