Several of the best surfers from Central America and the world competed today on day 1 of the Central American Surf Championship in fun waves of one to two meters in El Paredón, Guatemala.

The semi-finalists were defined (Click here to read the note) and the best performances of the day were by Bryan Pérez in Open Men, Julissa Catillo in Open Women and Yazdany Castro in Bodyboard Men.

The action continues tomorrow, Saturday.
