Lakey Peterson is having a good season on the North Shore, with her mind set on the first event of the year at Pipe, then Sunset and in good spirits after narrowly missing out on the WSL Finals.

The Californian takes a nice tour of different spots on the North Shore, such as Rocky Rights and Pupukea, sharing her music, her boards and her food, among other things.

She also provides a routine that she recommends, going from hot to cold; sauna to ice bath, as a positive routine for your body.
