“The most intense day of surfing this winter” according to Jonathan Gonzalez

The sea was rough in the Canary Islands a few days ago. This giant, dark, shallow slab worked for Jonathan González, Benamin Sanchis and Jonathan Gonzalez.
The Canary Islander described the day as: “The most intense day of surfing this winter.”
He added: "This wave is on another level, hard to read even when you're towing, you don't know how it's going to hit the reef, it can be dangerous for sure when it's totally clean. There's not much water around and this is why it barrels. Lots of respect for this one and next time I'm going to try to paddle out at least some waves... Maybe not as big."
