Tomás Tudela has just released a new video in which he can be seen breaking waves that range from powerful point lefts, round beach break tubes and smaller, more maneuverable walls.

For each condition, the Peruvian chose three of his favorite models from his shaper, Milano Surfboards.

The tables are the From Tiki, the Prototype and the Money maker (Learn about each of the tables by clicking on the name).

This is how the pilot describes  to each of the models:

La Da Tiki: It's an all-around board but I use it in beachbreaks.

The Prototype:  It holds up a little more to waves and I like to use it for carving, I use it more under the lip.

The Money Maker: It is for good and large waves, I use it in strong waves that require a stable board.

"In the first carving I was with the Prototype, the Money Maker is the one with those tubes in Lima and the rest was mostly with the Tiki and the Prototype," says Tomás.

Meanwhile, the shaper, Dario Milano said: "The Tiki is a board for competition, from small waves to overhead, it is fast and loose, it does not have much rocker at the tip but it is not flat either and that makes the board always advance at all times and it has a good kick at the exit of the rocker which makes the board very loose. Then he is using a Prototype which is a board for good waves, from chest to double overhead, it is a board with a lot of looseness and speed, it is very high performance.

Finally, the Money Maker is a board for good waves, with good rocker, it has very good speed, very good push, it comes out with good speed after each maneuver and it is very loose. It is a combination of two boards, the Tiki and the Prototype; we try to get the best out of each model. There are boards that work very well in such conditions and the other at the other extreme, and what we try to do is combine both so that they can take a more general range and we can get, for example, the outline from the middle of the tip forward of one and then from the middle of the tail back of another, then the rocker of one or a part of the rocker of one combined with that of the other."
