Matt Banting, Liam O'Brien, Reef Heazlewood, Sheldon Simkus, Brent Dorrington, Jordy Turansky, Thomas Carvalho and Korbin Hutchings will battle it out for a spot in the semi-finals of Australia's Surf Web Series, the sixth leg of the online surfing world tour.

The series were decided on a fairly even level between maneuvers and tubes, with Banting and Heazlewood, for example, winning on maneuvers. O'Brien and Dorrington did so on tubes.

The event enters the final round with the following matchups:

Thomas Carvalho vs Jordy Turansky
Matt Banting vs. Sheldon Simkus
Brent Dorrington vs Korbin Hutchings
Liam O'Brien vs Reef Heazlewood

All series are competitive, but series 2 and 4 take the prize.
