After several days of flat or almost flat, with no CT professionals in the area, the waves rose in Saquarema and filled with competitors.

Yago Dora was one or the highlight of today's session, although there were good waves from Ethan Ewing, Connor O'Leary, Jack Robinson... Molly Picklum did a blow tail to reverse and Brisa a strong backside attack.

There was action in the water and the build-up is felt.

Tomorrow, Surfe TV journalist Carlos Matias reports, the sea may rise, but it has already been announced that for the first days of the waiting period (which runs from the 22nd to the 30th) everything indicates that there will be no championship.
