The ninth stage of the men's world tour and the eighth of the women's, the Quik and Roxy Pro, have already announced their competition series with the spaces dedicated to the wild cards already awarded.
The half-Mexican and half-French Marco Mignot received one of the two wildcards, the other went to local Marc Larcomare and the women's wildcard went to Tahitian Vahine Fierro.
On the other hand, the presence of Leo Fioravanti stands out, who returns after suffering a shoulder injury in the early hours of the Margaret River Pro, training at The Box.
In addition, Joan Duru, who suffered a surfing accident in Portugal and put his presence in doubt, for now appears in the series.
