As a true Peruvian, Gabriel Ljubicic has a strong connection with the perfect seas of Indonesia.
He headed there, and it wasn't long before the wave came to him. At first, it seemed like a middleman—in fact, he paddled out and no one else was vying for it in a crowded sea—but the wave bit into the reef incredibly hard, creating a barrel wider than it was tall.
"Discovering another galaxy," the Peruvian said in the Instagram post, and it must be a good way to describe what happened to him in there, since only he knows.
