Tube of the month: Manny Resano on the outside of Popoyo
“I surfed every day without worrying about what would come the next day,” said the local after a good series of waves that left him with almost all his boards broken but with a happy heart.

We had another series of swells, there were about four of them and again the best was seen towards the end.
I learned from the previous one that you have to make the most of every day. So I surfed every day without worrying about what would come the next day.
We had a lot of good times with my brother Cabeza and Santiago Scrinzi (camera). We didn't miss a single opportunity, 10 days looking at the sea or surfing. It cost me almost all my quiver.
I had some magic boards from Jeff Clark, Minami and Stretch....The plan was to finish the race, but not to let the car do one more lap after the last day of swell and so it was done.
