John John went to Maui to surf one of the right-handers where some of the best aerials in the world have been performed.

The company on the mission, as it could not be otherwise, was Albee Layer himself, Matt Meola and his brother, Nathan, who every day raises his game in the big waves with his aerials (see the backflip he does).

Albee told John John before the session that he wants to see him do a double Oop, the Albee Oop. And John John tells him that he is insisting because he wants to see him fail.

In the end, at least in the video, John John doesn't even try, but he does do a couple of incredible aerials.

They all do amazing aerials.
