There are already 13 countries confirmed for the Pan American Games in Punta Rocas

Thirteen countries, Argentina, Barbados, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay and Venezuela, have already confirmed their presence at the Punta Rocas Pan American Surfing Championships that will take place between October 2 and 13, PASA informed DUKE.
The rosters for each team, which can have up to 22 members, have not yet been shared, and the deadline to submit them is the 12th of this month.
Each full team will be composed of the following number of competitors per category:
-Shortboard – 3 women / 3 men
-Longboard – 2 women / 2 men
-Stand Up Paddle Surf – 2 women / 2 men
-Stand Up Paddle Technical Race (6K) - 2 women / 2 men
-Bodyboard Prone - 2 women / 2 men
The Pan American Games return to Peru after spending two years in Panama, 2023 in Santa Catalina and 2022 in Playa Venao.
