These are all the surfers and longboarders who are partially qualified for Santiago 2023

They must wait for the respective ISA world championships of each category, which have a higher hierarchy than the Pan American; and the SUPers who are provisionally classified

The Pan American surfing championship that took place in Santa Catalina, Panama, determined the last qualifiers for Santiago 2023 in SUP Surf and SUP Race and the partial qualifiers in longboard and open women, who still have to wait for the results of the higher-ranking ISA world championships.

The World Longboard Championship will take place from May 7 to 13, and the ISA World Surfing Games will take place from May 30 to June 7.

As in shortboard there are a maximum of two qualifiers per country in open men and women (8 from Panama -ranking 2-, 5 from the ISA World Cup -ranking 1- and one from the ALAS 2022 tour -ranking 3-), we must wait until the ISA World Cup to determine the final qualifiers as it may happen that one or two surfers from the same country replace those who qualified for the Panama event.
