The heats for the final leg of the year's men's and women's QS, the Maui and Sons Pichilemu Women's Pro, were released today by the World Surf League (see below).
26 surfers from nine countries have been published, distributed in a first round of eight series, in which the first two will go on to a round 2 of four series of four and then go head to head in the quarterfinals, semi-finals and final.
The race for the last regional title of the year is on the line after the tournament was suspended a month ago due to the social instability that broke out in Chile.
The waves during the event days will remain fun, at between one and two meters, according to the main forecast models.
