The WSL has released the series for the second challenger of the year, the GWM Sydney Surf Pro, which will take place in Manly from May 17 to 24.

There are 12 Spanish speakers, six men and six women, who managed to enter the event and have the following series ahead of them:

-Alan Cleland goes against Joel Vaughn, Willian Cardoso and Alejo Muñiz

-Marco Giorgi against Morgan Cibilic, Kehu Butler and Marco Fernandez

-Adur Amatriain will go against Maxime Huscenot, Kade Matson and Jessé Mendes

-Lucca Mesinas will face Ketut Agus, Gaspard Larsonneur and Crosby Colapinto

-Santiago Muñiz and Alonso Correa are in the same series against Michael Dunphy and Slade Prestwich

Meanwhile, among the ladies, the matches are as follows:

-Daniella Rosas will face Sophia Medina, Rachel Presti and Summer Macedo

-Leticia Canales will face Amuro Tsuzuki, Zoe McDougall and Sarah Baum

-Leilani McGonagle will face Molly Picklum, Rina Matsunaga and Kiesha Wakeham

-Havanna Cabrero will face Dimity Stoyle, Mafalda Lopes and Keely Andrew

-Ariane Ochoa will face Zoë Steyn, Sophie McCulloch and Kobie Enright

-And finally, Nadie Erostarbe will be in her series against Bettylou Sakura Johnson, Kirra Pinkerton and Charli Hust

The event has a large number of local guests, with fewer CTs, which opened the field for surfers like Marco Giorgi and Nathan Hedge, among other surfers.

Of the CT members who managed to make it into the mid-year cut, practically none are seen.

The event is expected to start on the 17th in Australia, the 16th for most Latin American countries.
