A panel of 19 specialists who will work as event officials, judges, or announcers was defined by the PASA technical commission and approved by the executive committee, PASA told DUKE.

They represent 11 countries: Brazil, Peru, Nicaragua, Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, Argentina, Panama, Uruguay, Guatemala and Venezuela.
