The second and final stage of the Latin surfing circuit, the Surf City El Salvador ALAS Latin Pro, which will take place in La Bocana de El Tunco between December 10 and 13, will have Mexican, Costa Rican, Panamanian and Salvadoran judges, ALAS authorities informed DUKE.
