The arbitration will be carried out by Costa Ricans, Mexicans, Panamanians and Salvadorans.

The second and final stage of the Latin surfing circuit, the Surf City El Salvador ALAS Latin Pro, which will take place in La Bocana de El Tunco between December 10 and 13, will have Mexican, Costa Rican, Panamanian and Salvadoran judges, ALAS authorities informed DUKE.

Costa Rican Artavia was head judge at the ALAS tournament in El Salvador in 2019. While De Anda, in addition to judging at ALAS, is an ISA judge, he was one of the members of the select group that judged at Lima 2019.
