These are the Montañita QS series
The tournament starts today with 128 surfers, 96 men and 32 women
The series of the first QS to be held in South America this year, the return of the QS to Ecuador after almost 15 years, the Montañita Pro, were published.
Once the series was closed, exactly 32 women and 96 men registered.
For the men there is a round of 64 with pre-qualifiers, and for the women there is not, the 32 battle from round 1.

The event is expected to start today and end on Sunday.
