QS 2000 and JQS confirmed for Misses in February 2026

This will be the third consecutive year of the tournament on the classic left-hand turn south of Punta Hermosa.

The already classic Ladies' QS is confirmed to take place between February 25 and 28, its organizers RDV Surf announced on social media.

It is said to be the first stop of the WSL South America tour in 2026, although it is presumed that it will count towards qualification for the CS 2026 in the case of the QS.

“First stop of WSL South America, now in the QS 2000 and JQS 1000 categories, with the best surfers on the continent seeking points towards the world ranking. USD 25.000 in prizes, a great atmosphere, ecological awareness and a Surf Festival with all the good vibes on the iconic beach of Sur Chico,” they say.

This will be the third consecutive year that the event has been held in Señoritas, and the fifth in Peru if the QSs at Punta Rocas are included.
