The tenth edition of the classic tubing event, the Capitulo Perfeito, will be held on February 18th at Carcavelos beach.

According to the organization, on that day the tubes will be available for the guest list, all the distinguished tube riders, to go into the water and declare the grand champion.

One of the big attractions of the event is former World Vice Champion and Pipe Masters Rob Machado.
