This is how Panama travels to the ISA Youth World Cup

With an incomplete but strong team, the Panamanians are looking to improve on last year's 16th. They have a top-level coach named Gary Saavedra.

The International Surfing Association announced the composition of the team that will represent Panama in the 2018 edition of the ISA World Junior Surfing Championship, which will take place between October 27 and November 4 in Huntington Beach, California.

Panama is traveling with an incomplete team that is missing two women and one of those who is part of the team, Andrea Vileg, will compete in both categories.

The three supergroms in the Under 16 team stand out: Isauro Elizondo, Kai Gale and Tao Rodríguez.

Panama finished in a very respectable 16th place in the last World Cup, Japan 2017, in which it also competed with an incomplete team.

For this year they also added the legendary Gary Saavedra as coach.

Isauro Elizondo has already won more than once in the United States. It would not be surprising if he does it again at this World Cup.
