Eleven Uruguayan youths will travel today to Mar del Plata to participate in the third edition of the South American Youth Surfing Championship, which will take place between March 15 and 20 in Mar del Plata.
The team is travelling almost complete, lacking only female competitors under 14.
The Uruguayan Surf Union sent DUKE the following list of competitors:

Francisco Pérez del Castillo, Luisma Iturria and Sofía Alfonso will travel as coaches and delegates.
The quota established by the competition is two competitors per category per country, therefore, in the case of the under 18s, the two starters will be defined in Mar del Plata.
