He'll start small, improve quickly, and then drop back for the final days of the 2026 Pan American Surf Games, which will take place at Playa Venao, Panama, between April 24 and May 3.
According to the details shared by Surfline in its extended version, on the 25th, the first day of competition (the 24th is the opening ceremony), the sea will be starting to rise slowly.
It will be a small day with 2 to 3 foot waves, ending with 2 to 3+ feet, and the following day it will increase to 3 to 5 feet with a 17-second period. The strength of this swell is not high, remaining between 200 and 300 kilojoules.
The next two days, the 27th and 28th, will be the best of the waiting period, at least from what we see now, with 4 to 6 feet and 14 and 15 seconds.
On Wednesday the 29th it drops a little but remains at 4 to 5 feet.
And from the 30th it starts to go down and especially for the 2nd and 3rd the sea gets small with 1 to 3 feet.
These last few days, due to the length of the forecast, are the ones with the lowest probability percentage.
