Three days of free surfing in El Sunzal in a solid photo gallery
This is how SUPers and El Salvador prepared for the World Cup that starts tomorrow

The last three days have seen the Sunzal lineup packed with SUPers and paddleboarders like never before. From early morning to late afternoon, they showed off their paddles on every inch of the renowned Salvadoran right-hander.
All this because tomorrow begins the eighth edition of the Surf City El Salvador ISA World SUP and Paddleboard Championship and 160 athletes from 27 countries are in El Salvador to fight for medals and the team trophy.
The following photos by Ben Reed and Sean Evans show a lot of what has been experienced there: high voltage surfing, lots of people in the water, dreamlike sunrises and sunsets and the fact that in El Salvador it's not just right-handers that break, among many other things.
