Tickets for regular, senior citizens and minors for the three final days of the Lima 2019 surfing competition have already sold out, the event's organisers reported on their website yesterday and DUKE confirmed on the ticket sales website of the second largest multi-sport event in the world.
There are no tickets available for Friday, August 2, and for Saturday, August 3 and Sunday, August 4, there are only accessible seats available.
According to DUKE, 1065 of the 1450 available seats were put on sale each day. Tickets for seniors and minors cost just under five dollars and regular tickets cost just over nine.
The remaining spaces are presumed to be reserved for VIPs, members of the Pan American family, and government and international authorities.
The Lima 2019 surfing event will take place between August 29th and August 4th, the 3rd appears as the final day but the 4th can be used as the final day since it appears as a “reserve” day on the calendar.
Punta Rocas is known to be very consistent and especially at this time of year, winter in the southern hemisphere, you would expect waves to be more than enough rather than fewer.
