Tony Roberts' tips for surfing like a grom at 60
And the video where he tells and demonstrates it
Tony Roberts, the legendary surfer and photographer from the golden and purest part of Santa Cruz, when the true Californian surf city was at its peak, is 60 years old and looks 25.
He is dedicated to making videos of swells, profiles and breaks, among other things, but this time he dedicated himself and showed why at 60 he uses a 5'7 that he moves as if he were another pro in the line up.
He says his routine includes yoga, nutrition and using many types of boards when he's not good at shortboarding. He also keeps active during the day by doing push-ups, skateboarding and eating a healthy diet.
He doesn't eat animal products, cooks his own food and doesn't drink alcohol.
Tony lives half the year in the Dominican Republic and the other half between Nicaragua and El Salvador.
