Two more entries joined the competition for The Winter Wave presented by O'Neill, Granolate and Capi Bar.

One was one of Luisma Iturria's shots in Montoya on that epic July 30th.

The other was an aerial strategy by Santiago González, who knows there's a ticket to win this category.

About his wave, Iturria told DUKE: “That wave was divine, not only because of the barrel, but from the very beginning when I started paddling out, I saw tremendous potential. I had a demanding drop that I rode down hanging off the edge. I stopped early in the barrel. I went down, traced the line, and although it didn't barrel from the start, you could see it was projecting, so I sat on the wall of the wave to lose speed, and that's when it launched a tremendous section. When I was inside the barrel, I saw I had enough speed to get out. I let go, I was able to relax, and I saw it coming out of the barrel, and it was divine. It was a glorious day, for surfing at home.”
