Zebrowski, at 14, signed with Red Bull
She was surprised by Carissa Moore and Leo Fioravanti as she left a photo shoot in Hawaii.
The youngest surfer, male or female, to enter the CT, Tya Zebrowski of France, is the newest member of the Red Bull team, she announced herself on social media.
Zebrowski was surprised by Carissa Moore and Leo Fioravanti as she left a free surfing session in Hawaii, at which point they presented her with the brand's helmet.
“A surprise I will remember forever. Dreams do come true. I am so happy to announce that I am joining the Red Bull family. Thank you for believing in me,” Zebrowski wrote.
She added, “By the way, when I was 8 years old, I met Carissa Moore in Tahiti. Seeing her strength, fluidity, and kindness in person inspired me to push myself and start competing. She has always been a role model for all of us. Her announcing this moment means so much to me.”
Zebrowski will begin his first CT tour in April 2026 at Bells Beach, the venue for stage 1 of the circuit.
The Frenchwoman still has two stages of the CS ahead of her but has already scored enough points to guarantee her qualification.
