Vania Torres achieved the Pan American three-time championship
Brazil swept the Bodyboard and SUP Surf medals, winning three of the four golds awarded.

Peruvian Vania Torres was crowned Pan American champion today in Playa Venao where the 19th edition of the tournament is being held.
Torres broke the giant Brazilian dominance that the day had brought.
Brazil won the Men's Bodyboard with Eder Luciano, then the Women's Bodyboard with Mayla Venturim, and then the Men's SUP Surf with Luiz Diniz.
In the last of the four finals that were to be played, Torres beat Brazilian Aline Adisaka by 10,1 to 8,5.

Bronze: Gabriela Sztamfater (BRA) and Lucía Cosoleto (ARG)
