Special coverage presented by the International Surfing Association 

It was the day with what will surely be the biggest waves of the event so far in Macumba, Rio de Janeiro.

Round 1 of all divisions in competition was completed on what is expected to be the final day with heats of only 20 minutes.

The event is live now (click here) in a marathon of 84 15-minute series that will take place today.

From now on, the sea level is expected to drop in Macumba and the organizers have the challenge of taking advantage of the conditions that the Atlantic will present.
