Special coverage presented by Surf City - El Salvador Travel
The WSL presented the video announcing the finals that will define the world longboard champion in El Salvador, the Surf City El Salvador World Longboard Championships, with a video that covers a good part of the modern history of the discipline.
Joe Turpel mentions that the champion is not just a champion but a standard-bearer of the style and begins with a tour of previous champions such as Joel Tudor, Kelia Moniz, Daize Shayne.
It continues with Justin Quintal and Harrison Roach, and the video mentions the traditional Duct Tape Invitational competition, which can be considered one of the competitions on the tour.
The video ends with Taylor Jensen, Rachael Tilly, Soleil Errico, and Honolua Blomfield and the message: “The world champions will be crowned. History will be made.”
