El Salvador will host the WSL Longboard Tour Finals for the second consecutive year, the institution has just announced in a press release.
The WSL will decide its world champion in exactly the same way as last year with stages in Bells Beach, Australia, Huntington Beach, California, United States, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates and the finals in El Sunzal.
Only the order changes:
Huntington Beach, California, USA: July 26 - 30
Bells Beach, Victoria, Australia: September 17 - 21
Surf Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates: October 21 - 26
El Sunzal, El Salvador: November 5 – 9
Just like last year, the top 8 will qualify for the Salvadoran final.
“Following an incredible season, we’re thrilled to announce another four-event schedule for the 2025 Longboard Tour. We can’t wait to return to these fantastic venues for even more unforgettable performances from our surfers,” said Will Hayden-Smith, Senior Director of the WSL Longboard Tour.
