Uruguay has not had a good summer, but it did have consistency in the very small seas and easterly winds that were present practically all the time since the beginning of the year.

Young and motivated talent on the rise, Panchito Elías, dared to release his own surf videos on a YouTube channel called El Tesoro, presumably in reference to the La Barra neighborhood in Maldonado... Or to what the Atlantic Ocean offers right there.

He closes the video by sharing some waves with the current Uruguayan champion, Martín Ottado.
